Matt self-manages the entire development process — from land acquisition through certificate of occupancy — working directly with Fort Lauderdale’s finest contractors and keeping costs under the kind of control that only comes from doing it yourself.
That discipline creates the room to deliver more than what buyers expect — infinity pools with dramatic five-foot water drops, 1,500 SF docks that function as outdoor living rooms, rooftop skylights that pour natural light through the center of the home, wellness retreats that rival the finest private clubs, and rooftop pickleball courts overlooking the water.

Matt oversees every acquisition, every design decision, and every phase of construction. Where others delegate, Matt is present — on site, in the details, and fully accountable for every outcome. His edge isn’t background or credentials. It’s a relentless work ethic and a passion for this business that hasn’t slowed since day one. He is reachable at almost any hour — the exception being bedtime for his two daughters, Clare and Molly.
